Fully Furnished Apartments
Ranita’s Assisted Living (RAL), LLC is a two-story four-unit apartment complex (Adult Family Home) located at 4648 N. 76th Street, Milwaukee, WI. 53218.
RAL has 8 private bedrooms between apartments 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Residents are free to enjoy covered front porches on the first and second levels, and the rear balcony. Exterior cameras monitor resident safety.
Each apartment has:
- a common living room, dining room, and kitchen.
- A TV in each bedroom and the living room.
- A wall mounted safe in each bedroom closet for residents’ use.
- Wi-Fi throughout.
- a shared bathroom with a shower over bathtub,
- The washer and dryer for each apartment is in the basement.
- A privacy fence covers the rear and both sides of the house.
Ranita’s Assisted Living owners, Juanita and Ray, entered the community living arrangement and healthcare field from a position of lived experience and love for others.
