Our Service Offerings
Ranita’s Assisted Living (RAL), LLC is licensed by the State of Wisconsin, Chapter DHS 88, to provide housing and services to ambulatory-only residents, both men and women, with at least one of the conditions or service needs noted below:
- Advanced Age
- Alcohol/Drug Dependent
- Irreversible Dementia/Alzheimer’s
- Mental Illness
- Terminally Ill
We are open 24 hours, 7 days/week
We provide Respite Care as well.
We cannot accept residents who need assistance with mobility.
In addition to the three levels of service offerings below, all residents have access to and are encouraged to participate in community programs and activities scheduled by RAL.
Basic Care
This level is perfect for seniors who are mostly independent but could use a little extra help with daily tasks.
If your loved one can manage their day-to-day activities but needs assistance with things like meal preparation, medication reminders, laundry, and housekeeping, this level may be ideal.
Moderate Care
Residents in Level 2 are usually fairly independent seniors who need more regular help to get through their day.
They might need assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as meal preparation, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, and housekeeping.
Advanced Care
Residents in Level 3 are more dependent on staff for almost all activities of daily living, including getting out of bed, eating, toileting, and mobility.
Level 3 includes behavior management, Life Skills and Personal Development training, and specialized care.
Common Services
Health monitoring, scheduling and transportation to medical appointments, and management of personal funds and record-keeping are included in all three levels of service.
