About Us
Married since 1987, Ray and Juanita have one son.
Juanita retired as Vice President of Audit & Risk Management in 2023 after 30+ years of corporate audit, compliance & risk management experience in several industries (i.e., manufacturing, insurance, healthcare & utilities).
Ray retired in 2020 after 30+ years of law enforcement & community service.
Ray is the oldest of 3 siblings, and Juanita is the oldest of 5 siblings, 2 of whom are deceased. Juanita’s relentless pursuit of compassionate, quality care is fueled by her belief that quality care and accurate medicine administration would probably have prolonged her siblings’ lives.
Credentials
Ray holds an MS Degree in Organizational Leadership & Administration (OLA) and a BS Degree in Criminal Justice.
Juanita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee along with the following certifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (inactive)
- Certified Internal Auditor
- Certified Risk Management and Assurance, and
- Corporate Ethics and Compliance.

Juanita is a member of the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association (WALA),
A 2023 graduate of the WALA Community Based Residential Facility Administrator Training.
She holds a Small Business Administration certificate from Waukesha County Technical College
